“A New Chapter”

This project marked a deliberate change of pace for our clients’ next chapter. Selling their beloved Texas ranch allowed them to trade open country for city living, and this penthouse put them in the heart of the city: walk to yoga, walk to coffee, walk to the farmers market, just walk.

Initially, the space was handsome but impersonal, and it fell short for clients accustomed to a higher level of tailoring and quality. Our work needed to be intentional and precise, keeping some existing materials and carefully removing others. The result boasts a sophisticated paint palette, striking floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, and lighting that enhances the clients’ collection of furnishings and art. The realization of this work made a space that fully embraced our clients’ new chapter.
